ASTAR (EUROCOPTER AS350 B3E)

The powerful, high-performance AS350 B3e is designed to carry out the most demanding missions in the most extreme weather and geographical conditions. GAZELLE (SA 341-G)

A unique helicopter for motion picture productions, the Gazelle can perform various roles such as a military gunship, foreign country attack helicopter, high speed chase helicopter and much more. It is one of the fastest helicopters ever designed and is used in approximately 23 countries for military applications such as attack, anti-tank, anti-helicopter, transport and training.

ROBINSON R-44 RAVEN II

The four-seat Robinson R44 Raven II is a high performing, reliable piston helicopter with an aerodynamic design that optimizes airspeed and fuel economy. As the single most popular helicopter in the world, this aircraft is a favorite amongst tour companies, flight instructors, news operators and personal owners. Easily able to replicate on camera any of the aforementioned operations, this Raven II is one of the most luxurious versions available throughout the industry and offers an economical solution as an aerial picture vehicle or as a platform for aerial photography, tours and survey work.

Camera-equipped fighter jet

After years of innovative research and development, we’re pleased to be the first aerial production company to introduce a fighter jet platform with 6-axis, gyro-stabilized imagery for high-speed aerial cinematography. Capable of over 400 mph, up to 4 Gs and inverted flight, this aircraft will help push the boundaries of cinematography and expand the horizon for creative visionaries throughout the industry. Ideally suited for shots chasing other jet aircraft for airline commercials, space vehicle testing, government operations and air-to-air simulated dogfights for the silver screen, the camera-equipped fighter jet can bring to life images normally reserved for only your imagination.

North American F-86 SABRE

The F-86 Sabre is a jet fighter developed by North American Aviation in the late 1940s and flown in combat throughout the Korean War, fighting some of the earliest jet vs jet dogfights in history. The aircraft was also flown by U.S. allies, extending its operational life all the way until 1994. The F-86 Sabres available to Pursuit Aviation are among the most well-maintained and immaculate examples of this early fighter jet in the world and will add the perfect period piece to a feature film or television show where historical accuracy is of the utmost consideration.

Lockheed P-38 LIGHTNING

The P-38 Lightning is a World War II-era American fighter well known for its unique twin-boom shape and prowess in air-to-air combat. Developed for the United States Army Air Corps, the P-38 was used for interceptor missions, dive bombing, ground attack, photo reconnaissance and most-notably as a long-range escort fighter. The P-38 available to Pursuit Aviation, one of only a handful left in flying condition in the world, would make for an excellent addition as either a static display aircraft or as an aerial picture vehicle for on-camera use in period pieces about World War II.

Curtiss P-40 WARHAWK

The P-40 Warhawk is an American fighter and ground-attack aircraft developed in the late 1930s and used by the United States and its allies during World War II. Famously painted with the “shark mouth” logo, this aircraft is instantly identifiable. As with all other aircraft available to Pursuit Aviation, the P-40 Warhawk is immaculately-maintained and ready to show off its wings on camera.

North American P-51 MUSTANG

The P-51 Mustang is arguably the single most famous American fighter aircraft from World War II and the Korean War. Developed by North American Aviation, the Mustang became legendary escorting bombers in raids over Germany. Its distinctive shape and roar of the Rolls Royce Merlin engine make it an incredibly beautiful aircraft sought after by private collectors throughout the world. The fleet of P-51s available to Pursuit Aviation are among the best flying examples of this World War II icon.

The P-47 Thunderbolt is a World War II-era fighter produced by the United States in the early to mid-1940s. The Thunderbolt served in varied roles with the United States and its allies, including France, Britain and Russia.

Supermarine Spitfire

The Spitfire is a British-built fighter predominantly used by the Royal Air Force throughout World War II. It became an icon around the globe thanks to its distinctive elliptical wings and success in the sky. Designed as an interceptor aircraft, the Spitfire was used during the Battle of Britain to engage the Luftwaffe Bf 109 fighters. Spitfire aircraft available to Pursuit Aviation were most recently featured in Christopher Nolan’s epic, Dunkirk.

Coupled with the Zenmuse X5R, a Micro 4/3 camera designed specifically for aerial imaging, the Inspire 1 Pro can capture smooth 4k raw video at up to 30 frames per second and photos at 16 megapixels in Adobe DNG RAW. DJI INSPIRE 2 with X5S

The Inspire 2 takes everything that was good about the Inspire 1 and improves it. An all-new image processing system records at up to 5.2K in CinemaDNG RAW, Apple ProRes and more. It goes from 0 to 50 mph in just 5 seconds and hits a maximum speed of 58 mph, unheard of speed and agility in an aircraft this size. Coupled with the new dual battery system which gives the Inspire 2 a 25-minute flight endurance, additional sensors for obstacle avoidance and intelligent flight modes, the Inspire 2 is the ultimate solution for professional aerial photography.
